Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Country Manager / Director for its Finance Shared Services hub in Pasig. You will lead the Manila GBS center, delivering end-to-end financial operations in support of global business units.

As a member of the Global Finance Leadership Team, you will drive financial operational excellence, robust internal controls, stakeholder management, and digital finance transformation initiatives, including ERP optimization and automation.

Qualifications

• Must have CPA/CMA/ACCA or equivalent certification.
• 12+ years of leadership experience in Shared Services/GBS.
• 7+ years leading large-scale Finance & Accounting operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Manila Finance Shared Services Center to deliver scalable, high-quality financial services.
• Partner with Global CFO, Controllers, and Finance Leaders to transition and optimize finance functions.
• Drive financial operation excellence, automation, and continuous improvement programs.
