Job summary

HR Network Inc. in Manila is seeking a senior financial leader to oversee group accounting, reporting, and month-end close, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across multiple entities.

You will strengthen internal controls, lead statutory reporting and audits, drive finance transformation, partner with business leaders on FP&A and strategic decisions, and support fundraising and investor reporting as needed.

Qualifications

• CPA required and must be a licensed CPA
• Proven leadership in finance (Financial Controller/Finance Director or equivalent)
• Experience with multi-entity or fast-growing orgs preferred
• Strong technical accounting, reporting, and internal controls background
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar) is a plus
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Strategic thinker balancing operational discipline with growth plans

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group's accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close processes
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial statements across multiple entities
• Strengthen internal controls, governance, and finance policies
• Oversee statutory reporting, tax compliance, and external audits
• Drive finance transformation initiatives, systems improvements, and process automation
• Partner with business leaders in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making
• Support fundraising, due diligence, M&A, and investor reporting as required
• Help build a high-performing finance organization capable of supporting rapid growth
• Negotiate commercial terms
