Job summary

Integrated OS invites a Finance Manager to lead the finance team in the Philippines, overseeing general ledger, reporting, AR/AP, payroll, and project accounting. You will partner with the Finance Director to enhance systems, controls, and reporting accuracy while ensuring statutory compliance and timely close processes.

The role requires strong English communication, CPA is desirable, and experience with JobPac/ERP platforms.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in financial management with a related degree.
• Expertise in MS Office and ERP/general ledger systems.
• Proficient in financial reporting, analysis, and IT system development for finance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger, reporting, AR/AP, payroll, and project financials.
• Improve reporting systems and methods in collaboration with the Finance Director.
• Lead and mentor the Philippines-based finance team and coordinate with the client team.
