Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an experienced Country Finance Lead to oversee a large-scale Shared Services operation in the Philippines. You will steer end-to-end finance activities, drive transformation, and ensure service delivery aligns with global objectives.

You will develop senior leaders, foster accountability, and partner with global stakeholders to optimize performance across multiple finance functions in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in Finance Shared Services, GBS, or similar multinational operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end finance operations within a Shared Services/GBS environment.
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and transformation initiatives.
• Partner with global stakeholders to align with business objectives and service delivery expectations.
• Develop and mentor senior leaders while fostering accountability and performance culture.
