Job summary

KSearch Asia Consulting, Inc. is supporting a multinational client in Manila seeking a senior finance leader to own the full finance and accounting function for the Philippine business. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and partner with regional HQ on plans and investments.

The role requires a Philippine CPA, 20+ years in accounting/finance with leadership, strong controls, ERP/SAP experience, and a hands-on approach to lean finance teams; it is an onsite position in BGC.

Qualifications

Active Philippine CPA license is required.
20+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, audit or controllership with senior leadership.
Direct experience leading end-to-end finance for a Philippine commercial or manufacturing entity of a multinational.
Experience with ERP environments and financial-system changes; SAP migration exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of the full finance and accounting function for the Philippine business, ensuring accurate and timely management and statutory reporting.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with clear performance analyses.
Maintain internal controls, lead audit and risk activities, and ensure tax and statutory compliance.
Manage treasury, cash flow, working capital, credit, and banking relations.
Partner with GM and regional HQ on business plans, investments, and new projects.
Oversee procurement, supply chain, inventory, costing, logistics, and import/export controls.
Own ERP/finance systems agenda, including SAP migration and data integrity.
Lead and develop a lean finance team and manage relationships with auditors, tax advisers, banks, and insurers.
