Global Payments Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an Accounting Manager to drive financial excellence across a global organization.

You will lead month-end close, ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP/IFRS, and partner with Finance, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, and Operations to strengthen the financial foundation. You will build and mentor a high-performing accounting team, streamline processes, and drive automation to improve efficiency and scalability across markets.

Qualifications

• CPA with Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from a reputable college or university.
• 8+ years of combined accounting and audit experience delivering accurate financial reporting.
• Demonstrated leadership with at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial management capabilities.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel for data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial reporting excellence with timely, compliant month- and quarter-end closes.
• Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team to deliver results.
• Strengthen compliance and control frameworks following GAAP/IFRS and local rules.
• Influence process transformation and automation to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Partner with Finance, Tax, Treasury, FP&A and Operations across markets.
