Job summary

Integrated OS in the Philippines is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations. You will manage the general ledger, statutory reporting, AR/AP, payroll, and project accounting, and collaborate with the Finance Director to improve reporting and systems.

You will lead a Philippines-based team, report to company directors, and work on-site at Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang. A CPA is highly desirable, with 5+ years in financial management and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in financial management with a formal qualification in business administration, management, or similar fields.
• CPA qualification is highly desirable.
• Expertise in MS Office Suite and advanced knowledge of ERP systems.
• Proficient in business financial reporting, analysis, and IT system development related to financial management.
• Experience with payroll system financial functions.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the general ledger, financial and statutory reporting, accounts receivable and payable, and payroll.
• Lead and support the team based in the Philippines, acting as the main contact for the client team working with our Host Employer, Integrated OS.
• Improve systems and reporting methods with the Finance Director, providing project-level and department-level financial analysis.
• Manage monthly close processes and contribute to EOFY close and reporting.
• Oversee statutory reporting: BAS returns, PAYG, superannuation, payroll taxes.
• Coordinate with other departments for financial data transfer and project costing.
