Job summary

TOA Global in the Philippines is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to bridge Australian accounting firms with Philippine-based teams. You’ll orchestrate onboarding, ensure compliance lodgments, and drive proactive client communication to boost satisfaction and efficiency.

You’ll manage ASIC functions, monitor WIP and billing, and collaborate with onshore/offshore teams. Candidates should have 2–5 years in an Australian accounting environment and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of mandatory experience in or supporting an Australian accounting firm.
• Strong understanding of Australian compliance and client service expectations.
• Experience with Australian practice management and corporate secretarial systems such as XPM, CAS360, BGL or Karbon.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding workflows and essential compliance documentation.
• Manage reminders, follow-ups, and project updates; coordinate newsletters and webinar logistics.
• Handle ASIC functions, digital lodgments, and corporate secretarial duties.
• Monitor WIP and firm billing; liaise with Australian accountants to optimize productivity.
• Coordinate between onshore and offshore production teams.
