TOA Global in the Philippines is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to bridge Australian accounting firms with Philippine-based teams. You’ll orchestrate onboarding, ensure compliance lodgments, and drive proactive client communication to boost satisfaction and efficiency.

Salary Range: Php 45,000 - Php 58,000

As a Client Service Coordinator, you are the central nervous system of the client relationship. This role is designed for a highly organized professional who excels at bridging the gap between Australian accounting firms and their Philippine-based teams. You won't just be managing tasks; you'll be orchestrating workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering the proactive communication that drives client satisfaction and firm efficiency.
Take full ownership of the client journey by managing onboarding workflows and essential compliance documentation. Track active jobs and compliance lodgments within practice management software to ensure zero missed deadlines.
Serve as the professional face and voice of the firm. Manage critical reminders, document follow-ups, and project updates, while coordinating high-value firm activities like newsletters and webinar logistics.
Handle vital ASIC functions, including processing annual review reminders, executing digital lodgments, and maintaining corporate registers to ensure all entities remain in good standing.
Monitor Work in Progress (WIP) and firm billing statuses. Liaise directly with Australian accountants to optimize productivity and coordinate smoothly between onshore and offshore production teams.
2-5 years of mandatory experience working in or directly supporting an Australian accounting firm. You hold a solid understanding of Australian compliance landscapes and client service expectations.
Expert-level familiarity navigating Australian practice management and corporate secretarial systems such as XPM, CAS360, BGL, or Karbon.
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. You are a detail-oriented multitasker who can easily balance complex admin workflows and time-sensitive client deadlines.
