Qualifications

• Experience in a contact centre, back office, or transaction processing environment.
• Comfortable using multiple systems (CRM, email, and chat) with accuracy under time pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to juggle varied tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Handle booking administrations, quotations, pricing, and product identification support.
• Review cases, audits, and scheduling; assist with scheduling and follow-ups.
• Cross-train across queues and adapt to shifting workload.
• Maintain high accuracy and escalate when unclear.
