Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is a leading global outsourcer delivering contact center and back-office services. The Sales Support Officer will manage procurement, logistics, and customer service activities while supporting commercial outcomes.

The role interacts with suppliers, customers, and internal teams, ensuring accurate orders and on-time deliveries. Based in Australia / Offshore, the position involves coordinating shipments, costings, and stock accuracy, with opportunities to improve processes

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support and procurement or logistics is preferred.
• Strong understanding of product importation and distribution processes.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare overseas costings and approvals.
• Check costings and place overseas orders.
• Ensure accuracy of costs on purchase orders before receipt.
• Process and send shipping documents to brokers, transport providers and customers.
• Arrange on-time, cost-effective deliveries and manage orders.
