Job summary

Cartrack Asia, a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company, invites applications for an Application Support Specialist based in Manila. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues, install and configure applications, and monitor Cartrack systems to ensure smooth operation.

Collaborate with Global teams on IT projects, document procedures, and train users while continually updating your technical knowledge.

Qualifications

• Excel proficiency is a plus.
• Basic understanding of telematics, GPS tracking systems, or automotive electronics is advantageous.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking
• Install and configure hardware and software applications
• Monitor and maintain Cartrack application and systems to ensure their smooth functioning
• Collaborate with Global teams to implement and maintain IT projects
• Document technical procedures, user manuals, and FAQs
• Provide technical support for any IT related matters or issues
• Train users on the use of Cartrack applications and hardware
• Continuously update technical knowledge and skills
