Job summary

VRI Crew is seeking an IT support professional in the Philippines to troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues and to install and configure applications for Cartrack systems. The role involves monitoring the Cartrack platform, collaborating with Global teams on IT projects, and creating user-ready documentation.

Strong English communication is essential for handling customer queries. You will train users on Cartrack applications and hardware, while updating your technical knowledge

Qualifications

Minimum Higher Nitec/Diploma/Bachelor in computer/engineering or related field.
At least 3 years of IT support experience.
Proficient in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
Install and configure hardware and software applications.
Monitor and maintain Cartrack application and systems to ensure their smooth functioning.
Collaborate with Global teams to implement and maintain IT projects.
Document technical procedures, user manuals, and FAQs.
Provide technical support and train users on Cartrack applications and hardware.
Continuously update technical knowledge and skills.
