Job summary

Cartrack Technologies Phil. Inc. is seeking an Applications Support Specialist to join our global IT team with a focus on proactive issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, install and configure applications, train users, and document procedures while working with regional and global teams. Fresh graduates are welcome; a degree in electronics or related field is preferred, with Excel knowledge a plus and willingness to work outside

Job Description:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking

Requirements:

• Must have Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant internship or hands-on technical experience is an advantage.

• With Excel knowledge is a plus!

• Basic understanding of telematics, GPS tracking systems, or automotive electronics is a plus.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with customers.

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented with a positive attitude.

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

• Willing to work outside regular business hours when operational requirements demand it.
