Job summary

Cartrack Technologies Phil. Inc. is seeking an Applications Support Specialist to join our global IT team with a focus on proactive issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, install and configure applications, train users, and document procedures while working with regional and global teams. Fresh graduates are welcome; a degree in electronics or related field is preferred, with Excel knowledge a plus and willingness to work outside

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
Fresh graduates welcome; internship or hands-on experience is a plus.
Excel knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
Install and configure hardware and software applications.
Monitor and maintain Cartrack application and systems for smooth functioning.
Collaborate with Global teams to implement and maintain IT projects.
Document technical procedures, user manuals, and FAQs.
Provide technical support for IT-related matters or issues.
Train users on Cartrack applications and hardware.
Continuously update technical knowledge and skills.
