Job summary

Cartrack is seeking an IT Support professional in the Philippines to troubleshoot, install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networking systems. You will collaborate with Global teams on IT projects, document procedures, and provide user training while supporting end users.

The successful candidate has 3+ years in IT support, a related degree, and strong English communication. Telematics knowledge is a plus, and the role may require after-hours work to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or related field.
• Diploma or degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Knowledge of Telematics is a plus.
• Proficient in written and spoken English to handle customer queries.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Install and configure hardware and software applications.
• Monitor and maintain Cartrack applications and systems for smooth operation.
• Collaborate with Global teams to implement and maintain IT projects.
• Document technical procedures, user manuals, and FAQs.
• Provide technical support for IT-related matters or issues.
• Train users on Cartrack applications and hardware.
• Continuously update technical knowledge and skills.
