Job summary

Cartrack Asia in Makati City seeks an IT Support Engineer to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues. You will install and configure systems, monitor Cartrack applications, and collaborate with Global teams on IT projects.

You will document procedures, train users, and continuously update technical knowledge. A diploma or bachelor's in engineering or related field with at least 3 years' experience is required, plus strong English communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in IT support or related role.
• Strong written and spoken English to handle customer queries.
• Willingness to work outside regular business hours as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Higher Nitec/Diploma/Bachelor in Computer/Electronic Engineering/Telecommunication/Automotive Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years' experience
• Understanding of Telematics is a plus!
• Proficient in written and spoken English to handle customer queries
• Must have a pleasant personality with high levels of motivation and enthusiasm
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work outside regular business hours as required
