Job summary

foodpanda in the Philippines seeks an experienced AP Service Delivery Lead to monitor SLAs, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure accurate invoicing and tax compliance. You will be the AP processes contact and lead a service delivery team for New Verticals.

The role emphasizes risk mitigation, process improvement, audits, and regular performance reporting in a fast-paced multinational setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting and AP experience.
• Experience in service delivery or related field with team leadership.
• Experience in a multi-national environment with a complex regional/country setup.
• Process-oriented with financial and operational controls.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• ERP experience with SAP Hana and invoicing/ticketing systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Monitor service performance against SLAs, OKRs, taxonomy.
• Establish relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as the point of contact for AP processes issues.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Identify improvements to service quality and efficiency and drive related investments.
• Identify and mitigate risks and develop contingency plans.
• Generate regular reports and maintain records of service delivery and performance metrics.
• Present performance results to governance forums (Monthly/Quarterly).
• Lead and mentor a service delivery team for New Verticals (captive and outsourced).
• Set performance expectations and provide regular feedback.
• Allocate and manage resources and ensure training for the team.
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned.
