You will monitor SLAs, drive process improvements, mentor a team, manage resources, and present metrics in governance forums. The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and 3-5 years in AP, with ERP experience (SAP Hana) being a plus, and willingness to mid-shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3-5 years of AP experience with accounting background.
• Proven experience in service delivery and team management.
• Willingness to be assigned on a mid-shift (2pm-11pm).
• Experience in multinational environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service performance against SLAs, taxonomy, and OKRs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Serve as the point of contact for AP issues.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Identify areas for improvement and drive process-related investments.
• Identify and mitigate risks impacting service delivery.
• Generate regular reports and track performance metrics.
• Present results to governance forums (Monthly/Quarterly).
• Lead and mentor the AP service delivery team for New Verticals.
