Qualifications

• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Strong Finance and Accounting background; proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable processing.
• Review AP documents and supporting materials.
• Prepare annual calendar of AP activities.
• Participate in client calls and suggest process improvements.
• Support Operations Manager to meet SLA with adequate resources.
• Coach and mentor direct reports; ensure compliance.
• Communicate process changes and exceptions clearly.
