Job summary

foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, operates a Philippines SSC in Taguig and seeks a senior FP&A professional to architect the SSC’s performance governance and deliver actionable insights. You will own KPI design for P2P, O2C and R2R, ensure data integrity across ERP/BI, and develop dashboards for leadership decision-making.

You will drive continuous improvement and value creation by quantifying automation impacts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to raise service quality.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in FP&A or performance management.
• Proficiency in Google Apps (Sheets), SQL or Python, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau).
• Knowledge of SAP, Concur, and Ariba.
• Analytical mindset with strong data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Performance Governance Framework across P2P, O2C, and R2R processes with governance forums and central truth for performance measurement.
• Ensure data integrity and performance visibility by reconciling ERP/BI data and monitoring SLA adherence, volumes and cycle times.
• Deliver insightful dashboards and reporting in collaboration with Data Analytics and Finance Systems teams to support senior stakeholders and continuous improvement.
