Job summary

foodpanda is seeking an AP Specialist to manage end-to-end accounts payable within our Service Delivery framework. You will ensure accurate 3-way matching, data quality, and timely processing of invoices while supporting month-end close and vendor relationships.

The role requires 2-3 years in accounting, strong Google/Microsoft skills, and experience with SAP or similar ERP. You will work with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Accountancy or related Finance fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar AP role.
• Strong command of Google and Microsoft apps to analyze datasets.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day invoice processing including 3-way matching with high accuracy.
• Resolve complex invoices and meet set SLAs and KPIs.
• Prioritize and manage AP invoice backlog to ensure timely processing.
• Support Manager in resolving discrepancies and complex queries.
• Adhere to internal controls, regional standards, and company policies.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest automation or process improvements.
• Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and respond professionally.
• Provide approvals for non-standard invoices and related documentation.
