Qualifications

• Excellent negotiation skills to communicate with international counterparts.
• Knowledge of Tagalog or SEA languages is a plus.
• Ability to work in flexible shifts to cover US/European hours or SEA needs.
• Prior airline procurement, aircraft parts supplier, or customer support experience preferred.
• Analytical thinking with procurement data analytics and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the life cycle of sales, purchasing, repairs, and exchanges from inquiry to delivery.
• Resolve customer issues from simple to complex, with additional research as needed.
• Liaise with American, European, and other international suppliers.
• Source aircraft components on trading platforms and collect relevant data.
• Place orders and provide distributors with required documentation.
• Maintain relationships with procurement departments of airlines and freight companies.
