Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or 6 years of relevant experience, strong proficiency in MS Office, SAP and Salesforce, and the ability to work under pressure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience resolving customer issues and complaints.
• MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word proficiency; strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with customers and summarize data.
• Manage inbound AOG and critical part demand for Collins Aerospace customers.
• Process and monitor customer issues from initiation to closure using CRM/ERP systems.
• Follow-up with customers to maintain strong relationships and provide timely information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide required information and support.
• Ensure flow-downs to supply chain, shipping, quality and other stakeholders are timely.
• Aim for KPI targets and best-in-class performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Handle small projects under supervision.
• Adhere to EHS practices and report hazards to ensure safety.
• Be amenable to non-traditional shift schedules and holidays.
