Job summary

Airbus Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented, entry-level Sales Support Associate in Pasay. You will engage in support and service sales, prepare and coordinate quotations, and maintain strong customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Perform support and service sales to achieve company sales and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Assist in serving and monitoring customers through regular visits and front office activities to identify and suggest opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, coordinate quotes, provide customer service, and manage customer accounts.
• Support timely collection of sales and act as liaison between the company and customers when necessary.
• Respond to calls and emails, analyze customer needs, and provide necessary corrective measures.
