You will handle queries via voice calls and tickets, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with Level 2 teams to resolve complex problems.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of German voice support experience for international customers, strong German communication skills, and a solid understanding of computer systems,

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in German voice support for international customers.
• Excellent spoken and written German communication skills.
• Experience in technical customer support and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of computer systems, mobile applications and home networks.
• Strong customer service, multitasking and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice calls and support tickets.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to EV charging solutions, device connectivity and mobile applications.
• Provide first-level technical support and coordinate with Level 2 teams for complex issues.
• Follow up on open cases and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and provide regular customer updates.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
