Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, accounts, and policies.
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
