Job summary

Lean Solutions Group is seeking a German Customer Service Representative in the Philippines to assist German-speaking customers and ensure excellent service. You will handle inquiries through multiple channels, resolve issues, and maintain precise records while adhering to client guidelines and data protection standards.

The ideal candidate is fluent in German with strong communication skills, proficient in English, and comfortable using CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent German with strong written and spoken skills.
• Proficient in English for internal coordination.
• Experience in customer service, call center, or BPO is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented, patient and adaptable, detail-oriented.
• Comfortable using computers and digital tools, including CRM systems.
