Lean Solutions Group (LSG) is seeking a German Customer Service Representative fluent in German and proficient in English. In this role, you will assist German-speaking customers by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a genuine passion for helping customers. You will handle inquiries across channels, maintain accurate records, and follow client guidelines

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call center, or BPO operations is advantageous.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
• Provide professional and timely assistance to German-speaking customers.
• Resolve customer issues by identifying needs, researching solutions, and providing accurate information.
• Maintain clear records of customer interactions using company systems.
• Follow established procedures, service standards, and client-specific guidelines.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and response time.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection requirements.
