Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a German-speaking CX Specialist in Bulgaria. You will provide high-quality support via phone, email, and live chat, maintain product knowledge, and document all interactions in the CRM.

The role requires relocation to Sofia, EU passport, and strong communication skills. The package includes a fully paid training program, health insurance, relocation assistance, and a €1,500 signing bonus.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport required.
• Strong communication skills and passion for delivering excellent customer experience.
• Prior experience in customer support or similar client-facing role is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia for the on-site role in Bulgaria.
• High level of digital literacy and ability to learn new software/tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and account support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Maintain deep understanding of product features to resolve inquiries.
• Proactively identify and escalate complex issues to internal departments.
• Document interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes as part of the German-speaking team in Sofia.
• Act as a brand ambassador ensuring premium service standards.
• Collaborate with international colleagues to share best practices.
• Relocate to Sofia for this permanent on-site position.
