You will deliver omnichannel support, resolve inquiries with empathy, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with global teams. Eligible candidates must be fluent in Dutch, possess an EU passport, and be prepared for on-site work in Sofia.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Valid EU passport is required.
• Prior experience in Customer Support Services or similar client-facing role preferred.
• Strong English communication skills for collaboration in an international office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver omnichannel support to clients in the customer support services sector.
• Resolve complex inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
