Job summary

Image Magnet Mobility Corporation is seeking a Sales Department Lead to oversee the Sales Consultants and Team Leaders, developing and implementing sales strategies to meet dealership targets.

You will monitor performance, coach staff, manage leads and showroom activities, and coordinate with Marketing to support lead generation and campaigns, ensuring top-tier customer service and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Monitor monthly sales performance, individual targets, conversion rates, leads, and other key sales metrics
• Set clear sales objectives and ensure that Sales Consultants are properly guided and supported in achieving their targets
• Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, coaching, and one-on-one discussions with the Sales Team
• Monitor and manage sales leads, customer inquiries, test drives, reservations, and vehicle releases
• Ensure proper implementation of the dealership's sales processes, policies, pricing guidelines, and promotional programs
• Work closely with Marketing and other departments to support lead generation, showroom activities, events, and sales campaigns
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with relevant departments to support vehicle allocation, availability, and timely customer deliveries
• Ensure a high level of customer service and customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Review sales reports and provide regular performance updates and recommendations to Management
• Identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate corrective actions and sales improvement plans

About the role
