Qualifications

• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coach and motivate the Dealer Sales Team to meet sales objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and identify new dealer accounts.

About the role

The Dealer Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and supporting the dealer sales team to achieve sales targets, strengthen dealer relationships, and expand the company's distribution network.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and motivate the Dealer Sales Team to achieve individual and team sales objectives
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers while identifying opportunities to acquire new dealer accounts
• Monitor dealer sales performance, inventory movement, and market trends to recommend strategies that improve sales and profitability
• Analyze sales reports, forecasts, and market data to identify business opportunities and recommend corrective actions when necessary
• Monitor competitors' activities, pricing, and market developments and provide relevant market intelligence to management
• Handle escalated dealer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field
• At least 3-4 years of supervisory experience in Dealer Sales, Channel Sales, Distribution, or a related sales environment
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
