Qualifications

Ability to develop and execute growth strategies and partnerships.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in the Philippines.
Lead overall business development, market expansion, and commercial initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, regulators, financial institutions, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Represent the company in industry events, meetings, and government discussions.
Monitor developments in Philippine fintech and digital finance sectors.
Identify new business opportunities and potential market expansions.
Collaborate with regional and global management to execute strategic objectives.
Oversee local operations and ensure strong organizational performance.
Support regulatory, compliance, and corporate governance activities.
Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to the Board and leadership.
Build and develop a strong local team as the business grows.
