Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Law; Master's preferred.
• Extensive experience in fintech/financial services and market expansion.
• Strong regulatory and government relations capabilities.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in the Philippines.
• Lead overall business development, market expansion, and commercial initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, regulators, financial institutions, and partners.
• Represent the company in industry events, meetings, and strategic partnerships.
• Monitor developments in Philippine fintech and digital financial services.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships for market growth.
• Collaborate with regional and global leadership to meet strategic objectives.
• Oversee local operations and ensure organizational performance.
• Support regulatory, compliance, and corporate governance activities.
