Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of BPO experience with GDS.
• Senior High School graduate or higher.
• Proficiency with Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Amenable to a shifting schedule.

Aufgaben

• Handle inbound inquiries regarding airline reservations and travel services.
• Assist customers with booking, rebooking, cancellations, and changes.
• Use GDS to process reservations accurately.
• Provide fare, baggage, and travel policy information.
• Document customer interactions in company systems.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer-satisfaction goals.
