Job summary

Maples Group in Manila (Hybrid) is seeking a Supervisor, Fund Accounting to oversee NAV valuations for hedge funds and coordinate cross-functional client activities. The role involves ensuring timely, accurate reporting across multiple jurisdictions and maintaining high service levels.

The position requires strong accounting/finance background, hedge fund experience, and excellent English communication. You will mentor junior staff and work with internal teams to uphold compliance and quality

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4-5 years Hedge Fund or Private Equity related experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review medium to complex net asset valuations for hedge funds.
• Coordinate client admin functions with managers, prime brokers, custodians, and other counterparties.
• Liaise with auditors to provide information and respond to queries.
• Develop understanding of constitutional documentation and client structure.
• Deliver high levels of client service ensuring compliance with policies.
• Support junior staff and provide training as needed.
• Review data entry for new client and fund setups and reporting.
