Job summary

MicroSourcing, working with Maples Group, seeks a Supervisor, Fund Accounting in Manila (BGC, Taguig). You will lead NAV preparation, coordinate with managers and custodians, and support audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role requires finance/accounting expertise, hedge fund exposure, and strong Excel capabilities. A collaborative, results-driven leader will thrive in our hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• 4–5 years Hedge Fund/PE experience, or 2–3 years Hedge Fund/PE plus 3–5 years in broader financial services.
• Hands-on proficiency with Advent Geneva is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and review of medium-to-complex NAVs for hedge funds, ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.
• Act as primary operational contact with investment managers, prime brokers, custodians, auditors, and global teams to deliver client outputs.
• Support audit processes by providing documentation and maintaining client data and constitutional setup details.
• Review data entry, fee processing, and ad-hoc metrics to ensure reporting accuracy and database integrity.
• Provide leadership, training, and guidance to junior team members.
• Drive process improvements, meet tight deadlines, and participate in special projects.
