Job summary

Maples Group in Manila is seeking a Supervisor - Fund Accounting to oversee NAV valuation preparation and review for a portfolio of hedge funds. You’ll liaise with investment managers, prime brokers, custodians and auditors to ensure timely, accurate calculations and reporting.

You will guide junior staff, maintain strict adherence to internal controls, and support ad hoc operational metrics. Strong Excel skills and clear English communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional accounting designation is a plus.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Power Query appreciated.
• Team player with good time management and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review medium to complex NAV valuations for hedge funds.
• Coordinate client-related admin with managers, prime brokers, custodians, and auditors.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop understanding of client documents and operational structures.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff and assist with ad hoc reporting.
• Collaborate with teams to complete deliverables timely and accurately.
