Job summary

HedgeServ Corporation in Manila seeks a Fund Accounting Supervisor to lead the NAV team and ensure accurate NAV calculations. You will supervise fund accounting activities, mentor junior staff, and liaise with internal services to resolve issues while meeting client needs.

The role requires 3+ years in hedge fund administration, accounting or finance education, and strong English communication. Hybrid work model with time in the office and from home is supported.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a hedge fund administration firm is required.
• Accounting, Finance, Legal or Business Degree.
• Intention to pursue professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ACA) is a plus.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review cash, position and market value reconciliations.
• Review fund pricing and corporate actions.
• Monitor P&L reports for reasonableness and accuracy.
• Oversee income and expense accruals including fee/trading accruals.
• Supervise up to 4 Fund Accountants and mentor the NAV team.
• Ensure timely delivery of NAV calculations and client queries.
