Job summary

Maples Group, in partnership with MicroSourcing, seeks a Senior Associate in Fund Accounting to prepare NAV packages and liaise with global parties. Hybrid role in Manila with cross-border data processing and revenue accrual reporting.

The role requires 1+ year experience in hedge funds or financial services, and proficiency in data entry, billing, and reconciliation. Advent Geneva knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields.
• 1+ year experience in hedge funds, private equity, or financial services.
• Proven ability to manage financial data, data entry, and transaction processing accurately.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with global teams, custodians, auditors, and managers.
• Attention to detail for billing, invoices, and monthly revenue accruals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare NAV packages (low to medium complexity) per MaplesFS policies.
• Liaise with global/internal/external parties to facilitate transactions and resolve data queries.
• Manage client data entry for new setups, fund closures, and terminations with accurate data.
• Execute fee processing and prepare client invoices in the billing system.
• Analyze data to produce monthly revenue accrual reports and KPIs.
