Job summary

Maples Group in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Senior Associate - Fund Accounting to support NAV packaging and fund operations with accuracy and timeliness.

You will liaise with investment managers, prime brokers, custodians, and auditors, prepare management reporting and KPI data, and ensure data integrity across on- and offshore funds. The role starts onsite for three months, then shifts to a hybrid schedule with two days remote.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English (verbal and written).
• Proactive, self-starter with attention to detail.
• Strong Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot Table).
• Team player with good time-management and a positive attitude.
• Able to meet tight deadlines while delivering client work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare low to medium complexity NAV packages per MaplesFS policies.
• Ensure the proprietary database is updated by the take-on point of the client.
• Liaise with investment managers, prime brokers and custodians for NAV processing.
• Liaise with auditors to provide information and respond to queries.
• Data entry for new client and fund setups.
• Data management for fund closures and client terminations.
• Liaise with other functions to deliver services timely and accurately.
• Fee processing and invoicing in the billing system.
• Complete monthly revenue accrual reports.
• Retrieve data and perform analysis for management/client reporting.
• Prepare Management Reporting (KPIs, A/R, profitability).
