Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Supervisor, Fund Accounting to lead NAV valuations and oversee fund accounting for hedge funds and PE clients. The role collaborates with investment managers, prime brokers, and custodians across jurisdictions to ensure timely, accurate reporting.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate auditors, and manage client relationships while upholding regulatory standards and data integrity in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4–5 years Hedge Fund or Private Equity experience.
• 2–3 years HF/PE plus 3–5 years general Financial Services acceptable.
• Strong understanding of fund accounting systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Leadership experience overseeing junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Review medium to complex NAV valuations for hedge funds to ensure accuracy.
• Supervise daily admin functions; liaise with managers, brokers, custodians across jurisdictions.
• Mentor junior staff with technical training and guidance.
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors to resolve audit queries.
• Manage client relationships and ensure timely reporting and metrics.
