Job summary

MicroSourcing in Manila (Hybrid) is seeking a Supervisor, Fund Accounting to oversee NAV preparation and review for hedge funds. The role involves coordinating with investment managers, prime brokers, custodians, and auditors to ensure accurate reporting.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in Hedge Funds or related financial services, with strong Excel skills and English communication. Hybrid dayshift with client-focused service and mentorship responsibilities are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 4–5 years Hedge Fund or Private Equity experience, or 2–3 years Hedge Fund/PE plus 3–5 years Financial Services experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Excel and valuation/reporting systems.
• Knowledge of hedge funds regulatory requirements and team mentoring ability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review medium to complex net asset valuations for hedge funds.
• Coordinate with investment managers, prime brokers, custodians on NAVs and client reporting.
• Liaise with auditors and respond to information requests.
• Understand constitutional documentation and client structures.
• Deliver high levels of client service while complying with internal policies.
• Assist with ad hoc reports and operational metrics for management.
• Develop working relationships with internal stakeholders and mentor junior staff.
• Ensure data integrity in the client/proprietary database and take-on processes.
• Support other departments to address client queries and deliverables promptly.
