Job summary

The Maples Group in Manila is seeking a Senior Associate – Fund Accounting to support NAV preparation, data integrity, and client reporting for a global fund client base. You will interface with investment managers, auditors and custodians, ensuring timely processing and accurate data across multiple teams.

Initial onsite work for three months, followed by a hybrid model with two days remote work, subject to business needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
• Proactive, self-starter with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Prepare low to medium complexity NAV packages per MaplesFS policies.
• Ensure proprietary database is complete at client take-on.
• Liaise with investment managers, prime brokers and custodians for transactions.
• Respond to auditor inquiries and provide requested information.
• Data entry for new client and fund setups; data management for closures and terminations.
• Coordinate with global colleagues to deliver timely, accurate services.
• Process fees in billing system and prepare invoices; assist with revenue reporting.
