Qualifications

• Recruitment experience preferred.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS is a plus.
• Proficient in basic computer tasks, including data entry and word processing.
• Detail-oriented with good note-taking skills.
• Able to multitask and manage varying workloads.
• Flexible to work on holidays, weekends, or as needed by clients.
• Team player with a willingness to learn and take feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates using diverse methods to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Review resumes, conduct screenings, and assess candidate fit.
• Develop and post job descriptions aligned with position requirements.
• Manage interviews, selection, and offer negotiations.
• Ensure all hiring practices comply with employment laws and regulations.
• Own and enhance the overall candidate experience.
• Perform reference checks and facilitate a smooth offer process.
• Oversee and streamline the onboarding and new hire experience.
