Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced bookkeeper with hands-on Acumatica expertise to support a US-based accounting firm serving franchise businesses. The role covers full-cycle bookkeeping within Acumatica for multiple client accounts.

You will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, reconcile bank activity, handle AP/AR, close monthly books, and prepare reports while ensuring US GAAP compliance for US-based clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience.
• Hands-on Acumatica expertise.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and full-cycle accounting.
• Experience supporting US-based clients preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple franchise clients within Acumatica.
• Record and reconcile bank and credit card transactions.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and maintain the general ledger.
• Perform month-end close activities and reconciliations.
• Generate financial reports for client review.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with US accounting standards.
