Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced bookkeeper with hands-on Acumatica expertise to support a US-based accounting firm serving franchise businesses. The role covers full-cycle bookkeeping within Acumatica for multiple client accounts.

You will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, reconcile bank activity, handle AP/AR, close monthly books, and prepare reports while ensuring US GAAP compliance for US-based clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience.
• Hands-on Acumatica expertise.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and full-cycle accounting.
• Experience supporting US-based clients preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with hands-on Acumatica expertise to support a growing US-based accounting firm serving franchise businesses. The role involves managing full-cycle bookkeeping within the Acumatica platform for multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple franchise clients within Acumatica
• Record and reconcile bank and credit card transactions
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare and maintain the general ledger
• Perform month-end close activities and reconciliations
• Generate financial reports for client review
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with US accounting standards

Qualifications and Requirements

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Proven hands-on experience with Acumatica
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and full-cycle accounting
• Experience supporting US-based clients preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal English communication

Preferred

• Experience in a franchise or multi-entity environment
• Familiarity with payroll processing
