Responsibilities

• Download and organize tickets in bulk across multiple platforms.
• Fulfill orders by sending tickets to customers via internal systems.
• Enter and manage ticket data across platforms for accuracy.
• Learn different ticket delivery methods and primary ticketing websites.
• Identify and flag anomalies in the fulfillment process; maintain data integrity.
• Allocate tickets to customers using internal systems (TMS).
