Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking an Operations Assistant to support ticket fulfilment and admin tasks across our platforms. You will manage digital ticket distribution, maintain accurate data records, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure tickets reach customers on time and to a high standard.

The role rewards accuracy, speed, and flexibility. You will learn different ticket delivery methods, work with Magento and TMS systems, and help identify anomalies to keep the fulfilment process

Responsibilities

• Download and organise tickets in bulk across platforms.
• Fulfilling orders by sending tickets to customers via internal systems (Magento, TMS).

• Learn primary ticketing sites and system workflows.
• Identify and flag fulfilment anomalies.

Job Summary

As an Operations Assistant, you'll support the smooth and efficient delivery of ticket fulfilment and administrative tasks across our platforms. This role involves managing digital ticket distribution, maintaining accurate data records, and assisting with various day-to-day operational duties. You'll work closely with internal systems and teams to ensure customers receive their tickets on time and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Downloading and strategically organising tickets in bulk across a variety of platforms
• Fulfilling orders by sending tickets to customers using our internal systems (Magento, TMS (website created for Ticket Merchant))
• Data management and entry of tickets across different platforms
• Learning and understanding different types of ticket delivery methods
• Learning and understanding different types of primary ticketing websites and how their systems work
• Identifying and flagging anomalies within the fulfilment process
• Strategically organising tickets into bulk across a variety of platforms
• Fulfilling orders by allocating tickets to customers using our internal systems (TMS)

Desirable Characteristics/Skills
